Truly loyal employees will not always show great obedience to every decision. They consistently seek the correct thing to do from many references and resources they can access. Sometimes, these highly proactive attitudes make loyal employees seem like a rebel, disloyal workers who cannot just obey the decision. They actively pursue better techniques or deliberating on ways to seek company advancement.

Most of the employees hesitate to give a voice for their feelings or opinions in a group setting. Some even hesitate to speak out their views in private. Loyal employees have an excellent feel for the concerns of the people around them, and they ask the questions or raise the critical aspects when others won’t.
