Job Description for a Product Training Specialist

1. 8+ years of experience designing curriculum content for academia/ business.
2. Firstly, Lead the curriculum team to create content for the India market.
3. Similarily, Understand business requirements and create a balance.
4. Generally, Manage day to day tasks and operations.
5. Moreover, Ability to talk about curriculum to clients.
6. Knowledge of phonics.

Good to have

1. Understanding of state boards curriculum.
2. Experience of working with government schools

As the Product Training Specialist, your responsibilities will involve

• Generally, Manage the learning environment by conveying objectives, using relevant methodologies and aligning
  learning solutions of the product.
• Additionally, To develop training programs as per business need and process defined.
• Furthermore, Facilitate and deliver the Training batches for new enrolments and the existing staff regarding various
  products in the company.
•  Likewise, Creating and embracing different styles of presentations, manuals, training techniques, including e-
  learning, tutorial sessions.
•  Additionally, Prepare for training module.
• Identifying and Updating the content of the product depending on the upgrade/release.
•  Keep the relevant teams updated with the new product to be launched, obsolete products if any.
• Pro-actively coordinating with everyone (Internal + External) with questions or queries regarding the
  the client product.
•  Training within Mumbai will be mobile (office, schools, clients etc) while for external staff/ clients
  training will be virtual.
• Analysis of feedback.
• To summarize, Maintaining 100% accuracy in the training records and analysis. All program records to be updated on
  completion of training.
•  To conclude, Manage end-to-end training for Product.
