Expectation & Responsibilities

• Generally, Follows pre-defined SOP, standard test methods, and/or processes.
•  Firstly, Executes test cases for small, simple components and/or features related to apps, services, or devices to ensure they are operating as designed.
• Mainly, Execute test plans & test cases, creating test data, and reporting results in a timely, clear, and concise manner.
• Likewise, Should be able to understand the functionality of the project/product.
• Besides, Should have the ability to stay connected with changing requirements and documentation.
• Additionally, Should be able to actively look for gaps in test cases and look beyond test cases for issues/bugs.
• Similarly, should execute processes to thoroughly test product changes
•  Subsequently, Should be agile and be responsive to changing priorities in projects and be quick at changing course of testing.
• Nevertheless, Should have the ability to backtrack and do a root cause analysis of bugs/issues.
• Furthermore, Collaborate closely with other team members and departments.
• Nevertheless, Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)
• Further, Provide timely solutions.
• Finally, Apply quality engineering principals throughout the Agile product lifecycle.
• To conclude, Provide support and documentation.

Software Tester 

Requirements & Qualification

• 3-5 years of experience as a Software Tester or similar role.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
•  Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.
•  Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
•  Team player.
•  Good time-management skills.
•  Great interpersonal and communication skills.
