Responsibility
- Prospect for new accounts specifically from the Corporate Sector.
- Categorize and work with the key decision-makers within the client organization & build an overall relationship with clients.
- Preparing proposals as needed to secure new business.
- Cold call/References as appropriate to ensure a continued pipeline of new customers.
- Besides, Forecast sales targets and ensure that the organization has all information needed to support new customers.
- Likewise, Work with marketing and account management staff to ensure successful account sign-up.
- Moreover, Present new product and services as available to enhance existing relationships.
- Lastly, Develop routines for business reviews and overall stewardship of the account
Requirement
- Bachelors/Master’s degree in business administration or any related field. Background in Food & Beverage sector is highly desirable selling to Corporates.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales/business development.
- Build on a strong history of contacts, expanding the breadth and recognition of OrgTree..
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or BD manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets and managing partner relations.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Key Account Management, Corporate Sales & business partner management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
