We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to join our application development division. You will work with our development team to further improve successful products and solutions, as well as develop the new ones. 

The client has an opening for a Team Lead in the IT team. Besides, this person will assume a leading role in implementing innovative and complex solutions to address and fulfil customer requirements. Moreover, the team lead will be responsible for making sure the team perform their tasks, meet deadlines, make decisions, delegate within the group. Additionally, and communicate with other stakeholders. Furthermore, this person will involve in research and documenting development/production environments and architecture, develop, and support the tools and processes.

Role

• Firstly, Provides leadership and guidance to a team on developing solutions that work independently or integrate with existing IT systems to satisfy business needs.
• Secondly, Create detailed solution & technical architecture diagrams, data models that support solutions as required to demonstrate and ensure business alignment with proposals.
• Moreover, Conducting feasibility studies by evaluating existing systems and engaging with the clients and business users.
• Likewise, Presenting each sprint review to demonstrate coded, tested, and usable application modules.
• Participate in strategic planning discussions with technical, business stakeholders.
• Responsible for the end to end solution design and technical implementation within the scope of business applications projects.
• Conduct Technical feasibility analysis of certain features and solutions. 

Experience

(Relevant must have experience)

• Worked on n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer, Data Access Layer)
• Developed applications related to .NET Technology, Distributed systems and Service-oriented architecture, cloud-based solutions.
• Leading a team of developers and providing guidance.
• Overall experience – 8+ years.
• Relevant Experience 6+ years

• Besides, Develop appropriately detailed technical specifications for product features so that the development teams clearly understand them.

• Strong knowledge and practical experience with Agile development methodologies and artefacts.
• Besides, Well-versed with Object-Oriented concepts using C# .NET
• Sound technical knowledge using Microsoft stack (.Net Core, SQL Server etc.)

Tools & Technology

• Programming Language: .NET C#
• Framework & Platform: RESTful API, ASP. NET Web Applications, MVC, Entity Framework.
• Client-Side Scripting Platform: Angular JS, Angular (preferably six or higher), React, jQuery
• Besides, Familiarity with DevOps concepts, tools, and continuous delivery pipelines – Visual Studio Code, VSTS (TFS), JIRA, Git
• Furthermore, Good exposure and strong knowledge of relational database design and development using Microsoft SQL Server 2008 and above.
• Moreover, Knowledge of Azure Cloud development/engineering.
• Lastly, Agile product management tools such as Jira.

Education
