Business Analyst Jobs

Job Responsibilities 

• Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, planning, preparing project workflow, FSD, BRD, SRS, design documents, Mockups, and wireframes. 
• Translates business requirements into user stories and Functional Requirement Specifications in accordance with approved IT Architecture. Collaborate with Business, IT Business Partners, Architects, and Tech Leads to elaborate on the requirements. Responsible for designing use cases and acceptance criteria. 
• Coordinate with the development team on getting the requirements done and assist on the smooth delivery. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to maintain transparency and ensure that the solution meets customer’s needs. 
• Able to serve as a liaison between both business and technical teams to drive effective, timely solutions that fulfil both strategic and operational needs Ability to take the initiative, drive decisions, understand project needs without being told, and make key recommendations based on the analysis.
•  Solid knowledge agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban. Participates in Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Functionality Testing.
•  Report on familiar sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the product team. 
• Responsible for validating test plan and functional test cases and signing off the acceptance of the product Promptly escalate issues, which affect product delivery and quality that are beyond the scope of influence.
•  Preferred Candidate Good Flair in handling US customers. Strong Business Analysis. Additionally, Process improvement experience Experience working in technology-enabled projects. Likewise, Experience in documenting requirements, use-case, process engineering and process improvement. 
• Additionally, Proven ability to engage with stakeholders across business and technology domains. Excellent critical thinking, reasoning and analytical skills. 
• The ability to interpret complex scenarios and provide clear and simple recommendations. 
• Ability to work across different domains 

Job Qualifications  for a Business Analyst Jobs

• Overall Years of Experience 5 to 10 years Relevant Years of Experience 5 to 10 years Mandatory/Primary Technical Skills Requirement Elicitation Techniques / Technical Writing / UI Mockup, Wireframes Tools / Prepare Process Flow Diagrams / JIRA, Version One / Expert in day to day tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Paint / Project Management Tools Web and Mobile Tracking/Monitoring Tools Soft Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills. 
• Good interpersonal skills and critical thinking Effective at communicating and presenting solutions to Senior Leadership. Likewise, Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines Outstanding experience in different phases of project management. 
• Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Education Qualification: 
• BE/B.
