Work location: Airoli, Mumbai

Workfront Product – Production Support Offshore

• Firstly, Over 5+ years of experience in Workfront product.
• Additionally, Hands-on experience in Workfront installation, upgrade, customization, administration, configuration and support
• Moreover, the ability to set up and configure business processes in Workfront including but not limited to Capital Expense Projects setup, Time Tracking and Reporting, user setup etc. Experience and ability to train users on Workfront usage
• Likewise, Good verbal and written communication skills
• Lastly, Ready to work in 24×7 shifts.
