Job Title: Head of Outbound Demand Generation
The client is seeking an experienced head of demand generation who will lead a demand generation function with over 30 people, across all our Asia geographies – India, South East Asia and Middle East.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Firstly, Managing the development and execution of all outbound (emails/calls / social media outreach) lead generation programs to drive demo requests, and optimize funnel conversion rates.
- Secondly, Manage multiple lead generation teams for different geographies and customer segments.
- Besides, Driving the strategy and execution of lead nurturing programs through emails, webinars, events, co-marketing, etc. to engage prospects higher in the funnel.
- Likewise, Manage operations, providing governance, process engineering, and consultation to enable inside sales reps to efficiently use marketing information systems.
- Moreover, Build a deep understanding of prospecting, customer segmentation and their needs; apply thoughtful data-driven, segmentation approaches to reach them effectively.
- Nevertheless, Develop sophisticated email nurture flows to engage and qualify captured leads and convert to qualified leads / MQLs.
- Similarily, Perform A/B testing of different lead gen campaigns and use analytics astutely to fine-tune them.
- Nevertheless, Partner with our sales team to prioritize, qualify and score leads, and support SDR nurture programs.
- Furthermore, Collaborate with digital marketing and events marketing team to jointly launch campaigns and ensure synergies between inbound and outbound marketing.
- Additionally, Own quarterly and annual demand generation targets; manage and monitor program budget and cadence to ensure plans are optimized to achieve program effectiveness.
- Besides, Own the marketing automation platform & processes to nurture leads and deliver them to sales.
- Lastly, Forecast monthly pipeline and present weekly results to Marketing, Sales, and leadership teams.

The Ideal Candidate
- 8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, with hands-on experience in LDR / SDR / research roles.
- MBA from tier 2/3 business school
- Besides, Strong track record of driving leads and funnel conversion programs.
- Lastly, Exceptional team management skills.
