 Retail & Property Services – Assistant Manager/Senior Team Lead Jobs
 Educational Qualification: Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline
 Experience: 5-8 Years of Relevant Experience in Real Estate, Brokerage or Retail Services
Location: Bangalore
 Shift:  General

Key Responsibility for Team Lead Jobs:

• Firstly, Responsible for managing sales. Additionally, operations for the Retail division that handles Property & Documentation Services.
• Secondly, Establishing, maintaining, and expanding the customer base.
• Besides, Schedule weekly meetings for sales and processes to ensure organization targets achieved.
• Moreover, Allocate and monitor cases handled by the on-field team members to ensure timely completion. 
• Additionally, Ensure all issues/escalations from clients are addressed appropriately and within timelines.
• Furthermore, Train, manage, lead, and develop team members.
• Nevertheless, Support the team in achieving its objectives. Besides,  providing the opportunity to develop their skills. Additionally, Facilitate a team environment that enhances team retention. 
• Moreover, Skilful in organizing, interpreting, and communicating market information/data to facilitate the decision-making process of the top management is a topmost necessity for Team Lead Jobs.
• Similarily, Support the recruitment process of the team by evaluating candidates along with HR. 
• Ensure proper bookkeeping as required for the effective functioning of the group.
• Lastly, Promoting company offerings through appropriate channels.

• Proven experience in Property Services for the Retail market; possess strong knowledge of industry best practices and documentary requirement for Real Estate.
