• Min 2 years of experience in Application Support on the production environment.
• Besides, Assist the relevant team in application deployment.
• Likewise, Analyze the issues reported using Logs and DB queries.
• Moreover, Monitor the application and servers for Disk Size & CPU utilization.
• Knowledge of Oracle SQL
• Furthermore, Resolve the issues within SLA
• Additionally, Co-ordinate with Technology team of the client
• Furthermore, Co-ordinate with Development team for application Bugs
• Linux commands
• Provide KT to other team members

Education & Certification for an Application Support Engineer Jobs in Navi Mumbai

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in an Engineering stream
