Job Description for an Application Development Manager jobs
- Lead the architecture and solution design that meets project objectives.
- Recommend tools/technologies that best address the problem statement.
- Conduct proof of technology, wherever applicable, to prove the fitment and rationale.
- Actively participate in architecture definition and reviews at different stages – sales, strategy/advisory, implementation and support.
- Ability to provide technical leadership and hands-on assistance during Design, Build and Test cycles.
- Define standards, guidelines and best practices in close collaboration with data engineers and project leadership.
- Lead sessions with project teams to optimize the overall delivery quality from a technical solutions standpoint.
- Work closely with IT Product/Application teams in technology selection, evaluation, recommendation and configuration for flexibility, long-term viability, and time to market.

- Proven Experience in UML. Knowledge of design patterns (Mandatory)
- Experience in Delivering/Designing/Working in large scale Web-Based Applications (Mandatory)
- Additionally, a solid understanding of Design patterns (Mandatory)
- Besides, Clear understanding of Web services approach including Web service protocols such as SOAP/XML, REST (Mandatory)\
- Moreover, Experience in Web-based ordering applications (Desired)
- Java, Groovy, ReactJS, SOA/RESTFul API/Microservices (Mandatory)
- Likewise, Experience in Python-Flask, Python-Django based application is desirable.
- Moreover, Should have sound knowledge of Linux based operating systems and windows operations.
- Furthermore, Experience with NoSQL databases such as Mongo, Cassandra is a must.
- Moreover, Experience in Graph databases is preferable.
- Experience in cloud technologies, such as AWS/Azure/GCP, is preferred.
- Nevertheless, Must be aware of distributed computing and distributed computation concepts.
