Job Profile 

We are looking for Application Support Lead who is prepared to work in a dynamic startup environment, driving support processes and overall customer delight. Besides, Candidates from banking domain would be preferred. Likewise, The Candidate should have experience in managing the team of application support engineers. Moreover, they should have experience in handling the customer.

Roles & Responsibilities

Must-Have Experience :

• Min 3 years of strong experience in the leading support team.
• Firstly, experience in an IT company with Banking Domain.
• Secondly, Knowledge of SQL (Oracle / MySQL / SQL Server)
• Moreover, experience in log analysis.
• Besides, experience with application deployment on Weblogic / Tomcat /Websphere.
• Likewise, Experience in Co-ordinating with the customer.
• Lastly, experience in handling critical issues and situations.

Nice to Have Experience for the Application Support Lead Jobs  (Any Three) :

• Experience in Documentation related to the application.
• Linux commands.
• Besides, Experience in core java

Education & Certification

 Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in an Engineering stream

 OR MCA with a post-graduate diploma/degree from a reputed institution.
