Job Description: Art Supervisor Jobs
Domain Experience– Minimum of ten years (Game art experience preferred)
Roles and Responsibilities for an Art Supervisor Jobs:
- He/she should have to adapt all kind of artwork.
- He/ she has to handle the team.
- Besides, Should have knowledge and experience in Game Art.
- Additionally, the ability to preview the artwork and take a call on the final artwork before it goes to the client.
- Furthermore, Would be responsible for the training and development of the artist and help in developing a training manual.
- Likewise, Team capacity planning and focus on their work efficiency.
- Moreover, Able to handle multiple projects and adapt to all kind of artwork.
- Similarly, Should have people management skills, ability manage, mentor and coach the team.
- Besides, Would be responsible for the quality and consistency of the artwork.
- Further, Actively collaborate with the production team and insure all-time project delivery on time.
- Need to create art style guide as and when required.
- Actively participate in hiring an artist.
- Responsible for delivering high-quality artwork and maintaining quality standards as per the international benchmark.
Competency:
- Additionally, Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Other languages will be the advantage)
- Besides, Should be able to and work under pressure.
- Must be a people person.
