Job Role: BUSINESS ANALYST

Purpose of Position

We are looking for a professional with experience in both information

technology and business administration. Additionally, the successful applicant will serve as the liaison between the executive and IT departments of our company. Moreover, leveraging the data, the IT team extrapolates while also overseeing the selection and implementation of software programs and hardware resources. Besides, The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented and highly innovative. Likewise, He or she will also be responsible for translating business needs to IT solutions, and vice versa, with current programs, projects and initiatives in mind.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Firstly, Scope the system, Elicit project requirements, especially the business requirements.
• Secondly, Write the project requirements in a clear, concise manner.
• Moreover, Gather intelligence from corporate executives and middle managers about needs and future growth.
• Likewise, Assume responsibility for project tasks and ensure they are completed in a timely fashion.
• Additionally, Evaluate, test and recommend new opportunities for enhancing our software, hardware and IT processes.
• Moreover, Compile and distribute reports on application development and deployment.
• Evaluate and conclude data related to customer behaviour.
• Consult with the executive team and the IT department on the newest technology and its implications in the industry Accountability. Besides, Business analysts are typically required to assess and validate their activities and to determine if a solution has fulfilled the requirements.
• Additionally, They may use sophisticated methods, metrics and tools to achieve the business benefits and corporate goals in areas such as billing, production, workflow, customer relationship management and manufacturing.

Education & Certification

Bachelor Degree in an Engineering Stream / B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Computer

Science) / MCA, MBA

• CBAP™ certification will be an added advantage.
• Domain- Banking

 Experience Required

• Minimum 4 years of total relevant experience, preferably with an IT company with Banking Domain.
• Additionally, Should have an excellent understanding of business.
• Likewise, Should be able to map business processes, draw visual business processes.
• Moreover, Should have the good textual ability to write the project.
• Besides, Strong written and oral communication skills, with ability to demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills

1. Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills.
2. Besides, Understanding of systems engineering concepts.
3. The ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis.
4. Business case development.
5. Modelling techniques and methods.
6. Leadership.
