Job Description – HEAD of CUSTOMER CARE
- Basically, Manage India Customer Service Team.
- Besides, Attend to all inquiries via live chat, instant messaging tools, email and telephone.
- Moreover, Maintain a professional and positive attitude with all clients and parties.
- Likewise, Provide excellent quality customer service at all times.
- Additionally, Complaints handling and escalations.
- Similarily, Handling responses to marketing campaigns and resolve queries of customer accounts.
- Nevertheless, Compile daily and weekly figures for supervisors, managers and senior management.
- Subsequently, Liaise with Clients’ agents and distribution partners.
- Lastly, Liaise with Clients’ suppliers and platform owners.
Other ad hoc duties.
- Primarily, Manage Indian Markets.
- Additionally, Increase conversion on Sales in India
Personal Specifications
- The successful candidate will be able to speak, write and read fluent English.
- The ability to write (Type) in these languages is also essential.
- Moreover, You should have strong communication and time management skills.
- Besides, You should have keen attention to detail and good analytical skills.
- Likewise, You should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
