Here is what you would be doing
The client is currently recruiting for an IT Integration Analyst/Developer. This position will be responsible to support and supervise all activities related to the integration of software programs and applications into organizational information systems. This individual is responsible for planning and coordinating the processes required for the provision of user applications and systems necessary for organizational operations. The Integration Analyst/Developer will also be responsible for the system integration components to ensure high levels of availability and security of the core organizational applications.

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Firstly, Plan, execute and manage the integration of new applications into the existing network infrastructure, systems and software throughout the corresponding area (e.g. HCM, Information Technology)
- Basically, Develop solutions using Workday Integration tools (Core Connector, Workday Studio, etc) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools.
- Besides, Create detailed integration specifications, field mappings, and designs to support the integration life cycle.
- Collaborate with technology team members, end-users, and other stakeholders in the testing of new software programs, applications and system integrations.
- Ensure that any new software integration into the organization systems meets functional requirements, system compliance, security standards and other specifications.
- Research and make recommendations on software, protocols as well as integration products and services.
- Analyze documentation and technical specifications of any new application under deployment or consideration to determine its intended functionality.
- Prioritize and solve problem tickets and support calls related to systems integrations and systems operational reliability.
- Work diligently to enhance, automate or improve business processes via integration, or as necessary, minimize the impact of integration on those processes.
- Evaluate the results of integration projects, then report and make recommendations based on findings.
- Gauge the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems; develop and implement strategies for improving or further leveraging of these systems.
- Define and implement strategies for integrating disparate operating system environments.
- Communicate application problems and issues to key stakeholders, including management, and end-users.
- Monitor and triage scheduled Workday integrations.
- Finally, Perform related duties consistent with the scope and intent of the position

Desired Candidate Profile – Requirements:
- Basically, Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering,
- Primarily, Management Information Systems or appropriately related field preferred
- Besides, 2-4 years of experience on systems integration, use of APIs, ETL, etc.
- Likewise, Experience with HCM systems like Workday and other HR systems.
- Nevertheless, 2+ years of Workday integration development and support experience.
- Generally, Knowledge and experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connector,
- Furthermore, Payroll Integration templates, and Document transformations.
- Nonetheless, Technical knowledge of configuration standards, change management.
- Working knowledge of object-oriented programing languages and scripts (e.g. Java, C#, JSON, SOAP, XML, etc.)
- Direct, hands-on experience with automated software management tools.
- Strong understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Commonly, Customarily, Strong customer service skills.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ordinarily, Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a global environment.
- Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to conduct research into software issues and products as required.
- Further, Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
- Besides, Highly self-motivated and able to work independently.

- To summarize, Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory, fluency in any other languages is a plus.
