Job Description for a Java jobs 

Job Title: Java/JBPM/Spring

  Specific skills: JBPM 

 Skill group: BPM

• 3 to 5 years of strong experience in Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate with expertise in design, development, performance tuning, troubleshooting and deployment 
• Besides, Hands-on programming experience in J2EE technologies
• Additionally, Hands-on program/integration experience in JBPM
• Moreover, Hands-on expertise on at least one of the framework like struts, spring or hibernate Ability to prioritize and manage schedules under tight, fixed deadlines
• Furthermore, Ability to produce professional, technically-sound solutions
• Lastly, Familiar with standard SDLC and Agile processes.
