Besides, To keep up with high demand, we are looking for a Java Engineering Manager to join our rapidly growing research & development team.

Responsibilities and Duties

Firstly, Lead a diverse team of talented software engineers to design and develop excellent software solutions.
Besides, Understanding technical concepts and translating them into code using modern design patterns.
Likewise, Drive resolution of technology roadblocks including code, infrastructure, build and deployment.
Moreover, Invest in others’ growth and mentor team members and build highly capable teams.
Nevertheless, Ability to work with teams across three continents and have excellent collaboration skills.
Lastly, Actively researching the latest development technologies and staying up to date on topics and news to help push our bleeding-edge technology.

Qualifications

Similarly, Should be able to lead a team of developers (prior experience in managing the team on design front is preferred)
Moreover, Should be able to work with the team in translating requirements to design to code.
Highly proficient in Java.
Excellent Javascript skills with Angular/React.
Experienced with Spring/Security.
Besides, Strong Knowledge on Microservices, Docker & Kubernetes.
AWS experience is a plus.
2+ years of software engineering management experience.
10+ years of experience with Java.
Minimum 10+ years of software engineering work experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar discipline
