Position Description:

The client is seeking to hire an Oracle Service Cloud Lead. Additionally, The developer will be responsible for driving Oracle Service Cloud solutions, including building functional specifications, technical designs, leading implementations, configurations and support of Oracle Service Cloud solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

Firstly, Experience with Oracle ServiceNow Extensions
Secondly, Experience with Oracle Live Agent Module Configuration.
Moreover, Experience with Oracle Service Cloud Reporting and Data extraction.
Similarily, Extensive working experience in Agent Desktop, Workspaces & Workflows, CPM, Agent Scripting.
Besides, Responsible for the functional specification, technical design, implementation and support of Service Cloud Solutions.
Moreover, Experience in Interface Development and CRM Integrations including usability, accessibility testing and validation.
Furthermore, Demonstrated proficiency in customizing and creating CRM objects
Lastly, Strong Customer portal development knowledge

Skills Required:

Sound knowledge in Incident Management- designing Incident queues, workspaces
Add-in and Business rules creation
Workspaces Design and creation of Workflows
Customer portal development and customizing widgets
Additionally, Email Management and Reports creation
Experience on Surveys and Chat modules in Oracle Service Cloud (Right Now)
Besides, Experience in Right Now community web self-service
Moreover, Experience in API based web services integration
Similarly, Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Completed at least two Oracle RightNow CRM implementations/upgrades with a right balance of functional and technical expertise.
