Job Description for a Project Administrator Jobs in Bangalore: –
- Primarily, Work with Workforce Management to ensure resource requests are submitted and resources
assigned. - Firstly, Update Project information in UiPath Tools such as PSA.
- Besides, Document assigned resource Time and expenses.
- Nevertheless, Align Expense Receipts to Expenses reported.
- Moreover, Prepare a weekly status report summarizing utilized time and expenses.
- Generally, Review project contractual information (i.e. SOWs, POs, etc…)
- Likewise, Communicate to the internal project team regarding contractual requirements of projects.
- Furthermore, Work with workforce management on resource planning, availability, and allocation according
to the projects pipeline. - Additionally, Communicate to the management issues or concerns related to project schedule and project
costs. - Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Create and maintain project documentation in PSA (Professional Services Automation) solution,
required for the accurate project. - Maintain SharePoint project folders.
- Close project and documentation pass project deliverables to operations.
- Work collaboratively with the entire Professional Services team.
Perform the back-office work for PMO

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Generally, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Likewise, Ability to work well with large and diverse teams.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Experienced user of MS Office toolset (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Start-up type experience, with the ability to operate in a fluid and dynamic environment.
- Likewise, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Generally, Self-motivated, proactive team player.
- To summarize, Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience building strong internal and
external relationships. - To conclude, Previous experience working as a project coordinator/project admin is a plus.
