Responsibilities:

As an Applications Engineer in the Cloud WMS Product Development Team, you will be involved in all aspects of product development and support of the product. Working closely with other Quality Engineers, Other Developers, Product Managers etc., you will contribute to the various product development activities of the Product.

A full-stack software developer who can work in all layers of a web application development. Primarily, the primary focus will be on development using technologies Python, Django, Oracle RDBMS Database and Javascript.
You will be involved in developing, testing and maintaining software Products on a release by release basis.
Design and develop scalable and high-quality applications/Products using Python, Django, HTML5 and Javascript among other technologies
Likewise, Create technical documentation and unit testing for the software you develop.
Similarly, Work with teams across multiple geographies.
Troubleshoot and fix issues reported by QA and Customers and help product support
Work in Agile Teams using Agile Software Development Methodology

Qualifications and Skills Required

Mandatory, A minimum of 3+ years of experience with an Engineering bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science (MCA – Master of Computer Applications is also accepted) is preferred. Other Engineering bachelor’s or master’s degree plus demonstrated software development skills will also be considered.
Similarly, Good command of Python Programming Language.
Likewise, Comfortable using working with HTML/Javascript, any Javascript frameworks will add an advantage
In Addition, Experience in developing web applications using a web application framework in any language
Moreover, Experience with Django is a big plus
Subsequently, Good SQL skills
Particularly, Experience with any other programming language is also a big plus.
Besides, Experience with object-oriented design and development
Compulsorily, Candidates must be able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced release cycle along with a short learning curve
To Addon, Exposure/Experience to agile development processes and tools is a plus
Similarly, Experience in the supply chain domain would be a plus
To Conclude, Good oral and written communication skills in English.
