QA Tester Jobs for a leading client based in Chennai.

Basically, We are looking for a QA Tester to assess software quality through manual and automated testing. Besides, You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches.

Moreover, In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. Likewise, If you are also competent in executing test cases and are passionate about quality, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will ensure that our products, applications and systems work correctly.

Responsibilities

Firstly, Review and analyze system specifications.
Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans.
Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
Evaluate product code according to specifications.
Create logs to document testing phases and defects.
Report bugs and errors to development teams.
Help troubleshoot issues.
Similarily, Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing.
Likewise, Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
5 to 8 years of experience in IT and in QA Testing.
Data validation experience – DWH/ETLs.
Besides, Validate the transformation logic applied before loading the data.
Moreover, Good exposure in testing Azure DWH components – SQL, ADF, Data Bricks, Power BI.
Likewise, Good experience in Regression testing.
Automate testing for Scala code.
Create, design and execute test cases, test plans and test harness.
ETL performance Testing.
Generally, Able to write T-SQL Queries for various test scenarios.
Data transfers and test flat file.
Besides, Good experience in writing test cases for Data warehouse testing and data validation.
Likewise, Should be self-driven and customer-facing skills.
Lastly, Good analytical and communication skills.
