Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to join Inhouse application development division. Besides, You will work with our Agile development teams to further improve successful products and solutions, as well as develop the new ones.
The client has an opening for a Tech Lead in the IT team. Moreover, This person will assume a leading role in implementing innovative and complex solutions to address and fulfil customer requirements. Likewise, this person will involve in research and documenting development/production environments and architecture, develop, and support the tools and processes. Additionally, In close cooperation with the Project Owner / Delivery Head, the technical Lead will direct and control the technical aspects of the product and solutions.

- Firstly, Provides leadership and guidance to a team on developing solutions that work independently or integrate with existing IT systems to satisfy business needs.
- Secondly, Align internal IT strategy and planning with application development and business roadmaps designed to maintain a Connected Enterprise design pattern.
- Moreover, Create detailed solution & technical architecture diagrams, data models, mockups and process maps that support solutions as required to demonstrate and ensure the business alignment with proposals.
- Besides, Conducting feasibility studies by evaluating existing systems and engaging with the clients and business users.
- Likewise, Presenting each sprint review to show coded, tested, and usable application modules.
- Furthermore, Performing ‘Code Reviews’ to ensure that the deliverables meet or exceed the required standards.
- Additionally, Supervise the Git or DevOps repositories and manage Continuous Integration.
- Besides, Participate in strategic planning discussions with technical, business stakeholders.
- Nevertheless, Responsible for the end to end solution design and technical implementation within the scope of business applications projects.
- Similarily, Conduct Technical feasibility analysis of certain features and solutions.
- Lastly, Participate in product performance and user behaviour analysis to provide recommendations on product value improvements.
