We design and manufacturer Enterprise Grade Solutions for the Logistics, Telecom, Oil & Gas and Power Utilities industries. Our hardware is precision designed and manufactured for harsh and special industry-specific requirements with extreme reliability and lifecycle.

Job Profile:

We are looking for a Tech Lead Software for a product company in .NET development stream. We expect you to be well-versed in current technological trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts.

The ideal candidate should be a full stack developer with practical experience on web technologies, work in an agile, fast-changing environment, and lead us to build great products.

Roles and Responsibilities for a Technical Lead Software Engineer 

• Generally, Design solutions on .NET and associated technologies which are modular and scalable based on the product roadmap of the organisation.
•  Likewise, Invent and implement improvements and fixes for security and data protection for enterprise software.
• Similarily, Implement new technologies from time to time for the advantage of the solution and makes recommendations on technological solutions to the manager/architect.
• Furthermore, Mentoring/Managing a small team and enable their technical excellence to  Actively participate in design discussions and ensure scalable and reusable code is produced keeping in mind the possible future enhancements.

Key Result Areas:

• Firstly, Designing and implementing products and features as per the product roadmap
• Generally, Adapt technology to improve the product, features, scalability and performance.
• Assist in effort estimation with minimal error percentage as per company standards.
• Adapt correct/best practices in designing and coding to ensure minimal defect progression.
• Ensuring on-time delivery within minimal schedule variance as per company standards.

Essential skills:

•  Mandatorily, Designing Solutions, Modules, Features on cloud-based products.
•  Nevertheless, Expertise in Microsoft technologies.
• .Basically, NET, MVC/ .NET CORE, C#, Restful Services, Web API, and WCF.
•  Besides, XML, XML DOM and Ajax, Message Queue, Web Service Security.
•  Nevertheless, Sound knowledge on networking, network security and cloud deployment practices.
• Likewise, Database design principles, MS SQL Server 2012/ higher versions.
• Similarly, Expertise in Microsoft Enterprise Framework cloud/Mobile/IoT.
• Furthermore, Design patterns for Web/Mobile Applications, Progressive WebApps.
• Addon, Practical experience on InstalSheild, WPF applications is an added advantage
