Job Summary for a Presales Executive Jobs:
Presales is about managing leads from various sources and generating potential customers to different project sales teams. Besides, this position would be responsible for leading a team of pre-sales outsourced. Likewise, in-house tele-calling associates to generate quality walk-ins across multiple projects.

- Firstly, Improving lead management processes, TATs and device policies for enabling maximum lead conversion.
- Secondly, Understanding the various projects to be able to provide clear explanations to the clients and team members.
- Besides, Monitoring quality of multiple activities/processes followed at the in-house as well as the outsourced centres.
- Moreover, Liaising with the outsourced service provider in all forms as desired by the business unit.
- Additionally, Generating higher walk-ins from all types of leads.
- Furthermore, Cross-using leads for various projects.
- Likewise, Setting up processes and systems to effectively originate and service the leads.
- Similarily, Handling escalated customer queries, concerns, suggestions, feedback, etc. and managing their expectations.
