Job Description of a Business Analyst Jobs in Eco Zone Bellandur Bangalore :

Degree of business experience equivalent of 2-3 years BA or project development experience in an e-commerce environment.
Besides, a Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions. Additionally, with a customer-first mindset. Furthermore, where usability and simplicity prioritised solving pains and providing gains for customers.
Likewise, Established background in launching the software in partnership with engineering teams. Further, a high degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, understanding of Agile principles.
Moreover, Experience in successfully driving end-to-end delivery of data and intelligence solutions including a wide variety of mechanisms, e.g. dashboards, API’s real-time alerts etc.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Additionally, Innovative and able to engage, influence and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
Nevertheless, The setting, prioritising and accepting the work generated by a team to ensure the most useful and proper functionality of the product.
Additionally, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience of delivering eCommerce customer journeys end to end including technical integrations (CRM, Marketing, Social Media)

Furthermore, Excellent stakeholder management skills and strong workshop management.
Retail or eCommerce Customer Journey experience is essential.
